5 Days Until Election Day
Happy Halloween and Happy Diwali, Activists!
It might seem like we're at the end of the election cycle, but we still have time to make a big difference. We have time to knock more doors, make more calls, reach out to our neighbors, check rejected ballot lists and look for names of people we know so we can tell them.
And we have time to help voters get their votes actually counted. It's a huge deal. If you help one person whose ballot would not be counted to get it counted, that's a vote you've secured! It's huge!
So as usual, we hope you will join us for a canvass, which is the very best work you can do -- and is easy and so rewarding! If not, pick something else!

VOTE EARLY WITH A MAIL-IN BALLOT
If you already have your mail-in ballot you can drop it off at the Satellite Election Office. Or, if your mail-in ballot has been damaged or you filled it out wrong, you can get a replacement ballot there too. You can do that until Election Day. And of course you can drop if off at a drop box until 8:00 PM on November 5th.
Do NOT mail it now - use a drop box or the Satellite Election Office.
DRIVE OUT-OF-TOWN CANVASSERS TO THEIR TURFS
YOU can help in the last four days of this election just by driving! Hundreds of canvassers are coming from all over our region to canvass in Philadelphia this weekend. And they are coming on buses. They are meeting at the Harris campaign office and at a church and then going out to canvass from there. So . . . they need people to drive them to the starting point for their canvass. You can be a big help and drive them a short distance to their turf. And if possible you can exchange a phone number and set up a time/location to pick them up when they're finished and bring them back to the office. You don't need to stay in between.How to do this? Just sign up below and then go to the Harris launch locations listed in the links below. You'll see the crowd in the parking lot and you can just tell one of the Harris folks that you're there to drive. This is a huge help!
HELP VOTERS GET THEIR BALLOTS COUNTED
1. Please Check this out -- Philadelphia has just released the first list of ballots that will not be counted unless they are corrected. Here is the list published by the Commissioners for the Philly "deficiency list." Check for your name, your family members' names, your neighbors' names -- anyone you know or can tell. And share this link far and wide!
2. Sign up with Vote Navigator to assist voters who face high barriers to voting including:
Elderly voters, Voters with disabilities, illness, physical and mental health challenges and others. Check out the link here and read what it includes.
3. Be a Designated Agent and assist voters with turning in their Mail-in Ballot. Check it out at this link.
4. Help voters "cure" their mail-in ballots. Sign up at this link.
5. Help disabled voters with transportation for their Mail-in ballots. You'll need your own transportation for this. Sign up at this link.
6. Drive Voters to the polls with Rides2Vote, which offers these services. You can see their volunteer page here. Or sign up with Promote The Vote PA at this link.
7. Do you live outside Pennsylvania? You can help! Sign up for the Harris campaign's Anytime Call Crew. You'll reach Pennsylvania voters and you can fit it into your schedule. Sign up for a training
CANVASSING OPTIONS
Canvass in Puerto Rican neighborhoods this Saturday! Want to make sure these voters know about the heinous, racist comments made at the Madison Square Garden rally?!? You can do it with a shift this Saturday! You WILL make a difference in these low turnout neighborhoods!

Where: NEW LOCATION TO START: We are meeting first at the Harris campaign office, 1015 Cottman Avenue, right down the street from the diner, to pick up the turfs. Then head over to Country Club Diner, 1717 Cottman Ave. for breakfast and all the info you'll need.
This Sunday! Meet at 12:00 Noon.

You can go to the Harris campaign office in Oxford Circle at 1015 Cottman Avenue and tell them you're there to canvass.
Or you can go to the campaign office in Overbrook at 7300 City Avenue.
The best time is at around 11:00AM
They will set you up with your canvass list.
PHONE BANKING
Calling and talking to voters is super effective!
The technology for talking to voters when we make calls has really improved, so if you haven't tried this recently, try it now. You'll have more conversations.
